We process all orders as fast as possible, and utilize the fastest most economical shipping available. Shipments are sent with "delivery confirmation" so we are able to track actual delivery times. We ship orders as soon as the payment clears the bank, and ask that you take a good look at the images you wish to purchase prior to placing your order because our site accurately represents the art and all sales are final. There is an exception to this "no returns", rule if there is a problem with mail delivery that damages our product. Please contact us via fax or email for instructions on how to return damaged product and request a replacement. We do not allow returns of product for refund, or reimburse for shipping charges, but we will replace merchandise damaged during shipment after processing the appropriate postal claims.
